SUGAR MAGNOLIA by Janie Franz is feeling the heat now that it's in LADYBUG LIN and KITTY KAT'S HOT SEAT REVIEWS
I confess...I AM a
Janie Franz fan...SUGAR MAGNOLIA is a well developed tale about a spoiled musical star who thinks anything and everything with a double X chromosome should fall, panting at his feet begging for him to honor her with a moment or two of his attention.
Shivaun Corbin has been sent to the musical brat's home to design a retro cover for his coming soon comeback album. He surrounds himself with the band and his very pregnant girlfriend. People who adore him and feed into his narcissism.
Janie Franz creates people that are so real you either want to wop them upside their heads for being idiots, or pull them into your arms and assure them everything's going to be alright.
There is fire, passion, fury, and adventure for Shivaun and for the lucky reader. Janie Franz pulls you in, holds you captive and leaves you panting for more long after you've read the last word.
SUGAR MAGNOLIA...most definitely
FIVE STAR material.
Ms. Franz...you leave me breathless.
DYSFUNCTION JUNCTION by April Erwin is sizzling because it's in the Ladybug Lin and Kitty Kat HOT SEAT REVIEWS
Kianna Ravencamp loves her job-manager of a book store. For a time it allows her to don her
Fairy Princess Hat and dive into reading tales of magic and love to her youngest customers.
This is a story rich with the kind of romance we don't always see, but its always been there. To find it requires reaching beyond the comforts we all must extend our hands, minds, and sometimes, bodies past in order to find the precipice to make the free-fall dive from.
It's also a story resplendent with the soul's affirmation of love and trust in one's God.
DYSFUNCTION JUNCTION is a recent Preditors & Editors 2013 Readers Poll Award winner, and rightly so.
Therefore I can do nothing less than also award this book MY highest accolades...and that's FIVE STARS.
Well Done Ms. Erwin.

I remember wondering where the very gifted author Stuart R. West would take us after completing his compelling
TEX THE WITCH BOY SERIES.
Now as I pick my jaw up off the floor, and stuff the thundering imprints registering in my chest from my heart, back behind my rib cavity, I have the answer. Stuart R. West doesn't need fulminate of mercury
to make his reader's blood pressure skyrocket.
Since I do NOT do spoilers, I'm limited with what I can reveal...EXCEPT...
OMG!!...there isn't a part of me not singed in every one of my brain's synapses after reading NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH.
AND if I ever wondered if Mr. West could weave a scary, causing me to shake all the way down to the seat of my pants stories, for adult audiences, this book proves his wide range of skills.
YOU HIT THE BULLS EYE ON THIS ONE, MR WEST.
I can EASILY give this book
FIVE ROLLICKING STARS.
